Coffee Brand

The MacKenzie Coffee Company is a coffee created specifically for South Island coffee lovers. I worked closely with design agency, Intuit Creative, developing a tone and voice for the brand. I created the tagline, Fuel for the South and supporting brand line, Crafted by pride by 5th generation mainlanders. I wrote the brand story, which focussed on the inspiration behind the brand name - a legendary character in Mainland’s history - sheep rustler James MacKenzie. The story had to be punchy, short and engaging, and appeal to mainlanders.
